In any circumstance Made In Hotel, his merge, affiliate or thirt parts with license or licencing will not be responsible for possible direct or indirect damages of any nature resultant from the use or from the impossibility of use of this site and its services as for instance the cost of a substitutive setup.

Made In Hotel is entirely assumed the responsibility to refund the amount from it eventually debited to the client if the room of hotel booked doesn't result available.
